Affinity Management Services

I have had the opportunity to deal with Affinity Management Services for some time now. They are the management company for the Homeowner's Association in the community I live in. I have had no complaints in the way our HOA is managed. The community landscaping is always maintained and any issues have always been addressed on a timely manner. They provide information in hurricane season as well as holiday functions within the community. They have always provided excellent customer service and it has always been a pleasure speaking to any of their representatives.

I just purchased this home in March, and there was an issue, in regards to charges from previous owner, that were being charge to me. Maria Morena was very helpful in getting everything straighten out. Thanks for all you help! Angelica Paz

I have been working with this management company for over a year what incredible service what professionalism the managers are extremely well knowledgeable in getting results highly recommended they really go out of their way to fulfill residents expectations.

I had been shopping around for a condo, and have had a roller coaster of experiences with my exchanges with sooooo many management companies. The process of applying for the condo association, requesting a condo questionnaire, etc..I could not believe how disorganized things were and the lack of clear communication and procedures. When I was presented to Affinity Management Services to address my inquiries on a condo I was interested in, they responded to my call right away, and had a dedicated person in their office handling all requests for new buyers or residents into their communities. I was impressed with the automated messages I received with clear instructions and forms to help me address my inquiries, and how quickly all my questions were answered. Although I decided not to buy the condo, I was impressed with how much they care about the new residents and customer service.

I have had the great opportunity to work for Affinity Management Services as an Independent Business Consultant and I must commend them on their exceptional hard work and professionalism. The passion for what they do and their commitment to excellence was evident from the moment I began spearheading their projects. I have worked with other property management companies in the past and I must say that Affinity, has one of the most exemplary customer service practices and innovative ways of doing business. The owners are always very involved with their employees and community associations they manage and they are continuously seeking for new and more efficient ways to conduct business. When I came on board almost a year ago they welcomed change and my constructive ideas for improvement. With over 40 associations under their management, they are growing and moving in the right direction....

From my own investment and professional perspective the condo business is not easy at all. Somehow, this company has done an excellent job in building a great accounting and administrative team, that excels in professional competency and customer service. Financial reports are accurately prepared, and I receive a response to all my calls or emails within 24 hours or less. I highly recommend their services.
