I had been shopping around for a condo, and have had a roller coaster of experiences with my exchanges with sooooo many management companies. The process of applying for the condo association, requesting a condo questionnaire, etc..I could not believe how disorganized things were and the lack of clear communication and procedures. When I was presented to Affinity Management Services to address my inquiries on a condo I was interested in, they responded to my call right away, and had a dedicated person in their office handling all requests for new buyers or residents into their communities. I was impressed with the automated messages I received with clear instructions and forms to help me address my inquiries, and how quickly all my questions were answered. Although I decided not to buy the condo, I was impressed with how much they care about the new residents and customer service.
