Affinity Management Services

My experience with Affinity Management Services has always resulted excellent customer service but I have to acknowledge that Emily Duran has been a pure joy to interact with. She is very professional and well written. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that she was gracious enough to go out of her way to assist me with a issue, and I recognize that she did not have to.
She went above and beyond as she conversed with me via email for days and even directed her co-worker to follow up on the issue to ensure it was resolved.
I took her random act of kindness as blessing, and during a stressful situation her act of kindness provided me with comfort and relief.

I’m glad to know people like Emily exist. I’m very appreciative and thankful for Emily and her professionalism.
