In September of 2015 we wanted to do some work on the interior of our house and realized we should start with the foundation. Our home's foundation had some problems, without a good foundation doing any other work before fixing that would be stupid. So we hired Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing (ARW) to install Stabil-Loc piers; waterproof our crawlspace; install sump pumps, i drain strips, buried downspout extensions; add support beams to stabilize the floor and repaired the silt plate and the band board. A large crew showed up and worked hard, showing us the materials and explaining what they were doing. We were very happy with our beautiful new crawlspace. Now, seven years later, we have to service the dehumidifier in the crawlspace and the place still looks great. Highly recommend ARW.
