Alan our sales guy ( who was a lead installer for many years before doing sales) went out of his way to meet us on a Saturday morning so me & my wife could both be there. Thomas & his installation crew did a fantastic job, they were courteous & very mindful of housekeeping & trying to leave as little mess as possible for us. They ran into a few problems & never slowed down, Mike the owner personally came by twice to check on the work & make sure everything was going well. Thomas made sure all our questions were answered & gave us guidance on painting & sealing some cracks and thankfully they discovered a leak in our plumbing that we were not aware of, if they had not discovered it & helped us to get it fixed we could have had some future wall leaking issues.
