Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing LLC

I can only share from my experience working with this company and I would absolutely not recommend them. We were halfway into a project to fix our basement walls and install an outdoor drain when we realized what a complete scam this company was. Fortunately we stopped the work, but we were already $8,000 into a project that would have done very little to help the issues. There were multiple red flags along the way that I should have heeded, but I stupidly assumed they knew what they were doing and I did not. So I hired a structural engineer to assess their work. The look on his face while reviewing their progress was baffled, and he said how the choices this company made were very confusing and like a band aid on a gaping wound. I highly recommend this company. Alan our sales guy ( who was a lead installer for many years before doing sales) went out of his way to meet us on a Saturday morning so me & my wife could both be there. Thomas & his installation crew did a fantastic job, they were courteous & very mindful of housekeeping & trying to leave as little mess as possible for us. They ran into a few problems & never slowed down, Mike the owner personally came by twice to check on the work & make sure everything was going well. Thomas made sure all our questions were answered & gave us guidance on painting & sealing some cracks and thankfully they discovered a leak in our plumbing that we were not aware of, if they had not discovered it & helped us to get it fixed we could have had some future wall leaking issues. The sales rep needs to be a bit more detailed and organized when providing home bids. The home owner needs to be fully coached when Advanced is providing detail bids. I am not new to construction so homeowners need to have the job fully explained along with potential additional cost. This will help provide excellent customer service.

I loved Advanced Restoration’s Professionalism, the quality of work and their communication skills. They were very personable, on time, and very informative on job time and job progress.
