Did a slab in my house outside helmsburg. Did what they said they would . Would use again

Marty was fantastic! He was extremely thorough and so friendly. He walked me around my house explaining everything as we went. He spent plenty of time in my crawl space. I explained to him that I had another quote from a competitor that was very expensive. His quote came in $15,000 less! He didn’t try to upsell me he just listened to what I wanted and needed. Great experience!

Marty was extremely timely and professional with when coming to review my problem. Although it turned out to be a less serious issue, Marty gave me his honest opinion and guidance on the steps I could take to address the issue on my own.

We had Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing come out after a home inspection noted potential drainage and water weeping issues. Martin, the Advanced rep who came to our house, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very well! Turned out there was nothing wrong after he inspected it much more thoroughly. Martin and I talked about all the services Advanced offers and the business model. They cover a variety of issues and I will definitely utilize them in the future for any needs and recommend them to others!

We had concerns regarding potential deterioration of a wood foundation and Marty was able to meet with us in just a few hours to inspect. He was able to quickly, professionally determine there was no structural damage and provide us with better prevention options.

Marty did a great job explaining the issues within our home and even the garage. As first time home buyers Marty did not try to take advantage of us and also explained everything in terms that are easy to understand. Marty even took a look at our detached garage and worked with the owner Mike to give us some options for the foundation issue without trying to sell us or over price us on anything.
