Happy with the job overall. Roof looks good and everything appears to be solid. My issue was with communication on the day of the job. They were a couple of hours late due to finishing up another job. I don't mind them being late so much, but I would have liked them to communicate the delay to me in advance as I left work early and wasted half my day waiting for a job to be started in an agreed timeframe that wasn't met. We all have busy lives and work to do. I was happy with ALR from a performance level. The guys who did my roof started late, but stayed late to finish the job the same day. Read more >
