The guy’s at advanced level roofing have been fantastic to deal with. We have not got the roof completed just yet as we are waiting for insurance and everything to be completed but they have made it so easy to get everything sorted out after the damage caused from the storm.

I had a nice experience with a guy by the name of cory from advanced level roofing yesterday.

He banged on my door 2 nights ago while I was eating dinner with my family, and was doing his best to educate me on the condition of my roof, but I was in a hurry and eager to get back to dinner. He kindly took my request to reschedule for yesterday, he was on time for our appointment, he was very polite and well mannered and he even took me outside to show me the signs of concern that I did not initially understand or know about, but are now obvious,and concerning.

He walked my husband and I through a nice presentation,he offered a handful of options that were more than appealing and he remained polite when we asked for more time to consider how we would like to proceed.

I am from Spruce Grove and this year we had one of the worst hail storms I have ever seen. Advanced Level Roofing were in the neighborhood the next day offering free appraisals, after going through our insurance they were on the site replacing our roof, within 2 weeks!

This company went over the top with service, we had hail damage to our home and they did a complete FREE inspection and report for us, they helped us call the insurance and submit a claim and they dealt with the entire process for us. Once we received the money from our insurance to do the roof , siding, eaves and fascia they came out and got it all done only 3 days later. The roof was half a day, the siding was 3 days and the metals were one full day. We are very impressed with the workmanship, the teams were all branded wearing red clothing with branded vehicles and the entire operation was so professional I just had to tell others who are looking that if you ever have hail damage or need exterior work done on your property this is the company you should use.
