From the sales person to the office to the crew everyone was so great to work with at Advance Level Roofing! Materials were dropped off and the next day a crew was here working and finished same day. Everything was left clean and the roof looks great.

I requested a couple quotes and to be honest they all came in at similar rates, but I choose Advance Level Roofing as they were the quickest to response, best warranty's and over all easiest to deal with. Would highly recommend this business.

Great and impressive product presentation and quick communication of the sales rep before closing the deal. Average service after that. The fact that they obviously didn’t communicate to make sure all materials are delivered together at the same time as they missed and forgot about my garage that is also part of the project, I have to follow up in order to make things right. Roofers who actually did my roof are just amazing and efficient. The 3 star is just a reflection of how I felt about the whole experience. Could be better for sure and tons of room for improvement!

ALR changed my 20 years old roof and they did a great job with a very reasonable price. They were really professional and cleaned everywhere before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Advanced Level Roofing! Consulted with their teams from providing roof estimates, installation to final inspection - all were terrific to deal with. They were very knowledgeable and personable. Had a few minor concerns post installation that were promptly dealt with when I contacted them. A sign of excellent customer service. They managed to complete roof installation in less than a day. Installation team was very diligent and hard working! Worked non-stop from 7 am to 230 pm. Kudos to them for enduring these extremely hot weather conditions. Didn’t catch everyone’s names but shout out to Mike, Johnny & Paul for making this a seamless and stress free process. Office staff - very pleasant to deal with and provided documentation promptly when requested. Well deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

I called Advanced Level Roofing to help inspect some water leaking from around my roof plumbing vent. They responded to my message the same day, and arranged to come to my home the following day. They made a quick determination what the issue was, and offered an easy solution. They were very professional and honest.

They did a great job, were clean and quick workers and we are very pleased with the finished work. I have been in the real estate business for over 40 years and I have dealt with many roofers. Advanced Level Roofing is the best company that I have experienced.

They came in and completed a roof in two days. And when I say complete, I mean they removed a huge amount of tar and gravel, FULLY stripped. Other contractors proposed simple easy solutions but this company never considered anything but the full job, they only do things the right way. I feel like we made a great choice.

Great experience with these guys - their roofers showed up early, worked tirelessly all day long, and had both the house and garage done in a single day. They were meticulous with the cleanup, and the inspection report included lots of detailed photos. Would highly recommend them!
