We recently had our roof re-done by advanced level roofing. The roof looks great and I am happy with the quality for the price, however communication is a huge problem with this company. We paid our deposit and waited weeks before the materials were dropped off and the roof was scheduled, we had to contact them for updates. The day it was scheduled to be done was extremely windy and they had to cancel, but we had to contact them to find out that information, they did not text or call to let us know. They also started on a Friday and had to come back on the Saturday, which was not ideal but they did at least wait until 9am to get started. Overall I am happy with the work but I think they need to keep their customers better informed.

Had our 25 year old shingles replaced by Advanced Level Roofing this past week. Were very happy with the price, quality and speed of the work. Had a couple questions during the work - went up on roof with them - and they answered all my questions. Went up again the next day - and inspected things - and was very pleased with the work. And the cleanup afterwards was also very good. Would highly recommend them.

Hired ALR for replacing my roof. I was not told that these guys subcontract their roofing jobs and honestly I did not care as long as they did the job as I was told.
The roofers came in at 6:30 an over the weekend and made a lot of noise which was inconvenient for us and likely our neighbors.
They also did not lay down tarps (as I was initially told so) and did not collect the nail with a magnetic collector either. As such, they left quite a few nails behind. It took me multiple messages and calls until someone came to clean up but still he also left a few nails behind.

Edit: I updated my review to 4 star after the conversation I had with David and his positive attitude and willingness to make things right and also to make sure they wont happen in future. David offered to do another sweep for nails and also talking to contractors to ensure they lay down tarps...
