Habib was very timely in ensuring our shingles got replaced before winter and Alain had a great team with him that got the job done quickly and did a great job with cleanup.

Had a great experience with ALR when I needed repairs to my gutter system. I will mention the first repair attempt had some issues with alignment and appearance because I have very high standards. However, they responded well and resolved all the issues and now it looks excellent. Taha, the coordinator, was helpful and responded to my concerns in a timely manner. We had a full hail damage event in 2025, requiring full roofing and metal facias, eavestrough and downspout replacement.

Our insurance company recommended a number of companies to execute the work. We selected ALR from their recommendations.

The roofing install was outstanding and could not be faulted in any regard.
The metal installation was by a subcontractor which was problematic. ALR owned this problem and ensured any defective portions of the work were corrected. The ALR quality team, management and ownership was extemporary.

Advanced Level Roofing not only did our roof but coordinated the entire hail damage claim. Although there were hiccups mostly caused by our insurance company, ALR was fabulous. Their workmanship was the best on the block and they were great to work with.

We had 6 pieces/areas of siding to be repaired. Taha was a pleasure to work with, detailed quotes were given in a timely manner and work was scheduled quickly. The crew did excellent work, and the repairs exceeded our expectations.
