We wish that they had better explained the problems that can occur with going from a Shake roof to an asphalt one . It was a bit of a night mare
And in hindsight wouldn’t have changed it out . Anyways fast forward a year later and we finally had a missing elbow that we needed ,installed back on our roof . The main issue with these guys was communication amongst staff homeowner etc. workmanship was good it was all the other stuff that sucked .The person who I contacted to finally get this elbow reinstalled was on the ball . I appreciated that he followed thru getting this missing roof piece installed .

The workmanship was excellent, and they completed everything on time and within budget. Our house looks better than ever, and we’ve already received compliments from neighbors!
