Manager was on holidays so no one was scheduled to do them.
Someone else should have been handling these while he was away.

I recently had my roof done by Advanced Level Roofing in Calgary and I must say the service was fantastic! They were quick, curteous and efficient. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up extremely well. I couldn't fine one nail in my yard after they left and I looked hard! One issue did arise where they accidently knocked a piece of my soffit out and we noticed because pigeons started living in there. I called them and they came out within a day or three, evicted the pigeons and fixed the soffit! My roof looks awesome. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their service! My husband and myself had our roof and siding done due to a hail storm last summer. The quality of work was good. The representative we dealt with was very quick to respond.
The only issue we had was with the cleanup afterwords. So much so that our neighbors found several nails. Definitely room for improvement there. After their "spring clean up" we are still finding nails and long staples everywhere. Read more >
