From the sales person to the office to the crew everyone was so great to work with at Advance Level Roofing! Materials were dropped off and the next day a crew was here working and finished same day. Everything was left clean and the roof looks great.

Great and impressive product presentation and quick communication of the sales rep before closing the deal. Average service after that. The fact that they obviously didn’t communicate to make sure all materials are delivered together at the same time as they missed and forgot about my garage that is also part of the project, I have to follow up in order to make things right. I would highly recommend Advanced Level Roofing! Consulted with their teams from providing roof estimates, installation to final inspection - all were terrific to deal with. They were very knowledgeable and personable. Had a few minor concerns post installation that were promptly dealt with when I contacted them. A sign of excellent customer service. They managed to complete roof installation in less than a day. Installation team was very diligent and hard working! Worked non-stop from 7 am to 230 pm. Kudos to them for enduring these extremely hot weather conditions. Didn’t catch everyone’s names but shout out to Mike, Johnny & Paul for making this a seamless and stress free process.
