Overall positive. Their sales rep, Devon McClory, was excellent to work with. I am having a little trouble getting a response from the project coordinator, Paul. Shortly after my new roof was installed I went up there and noticed some of the tiles had lifted. I emailed the Admin on Sept. 6th and received a response the same day cc'ing Paul. I assumed Paul would follow up but after a week I replied, asking Paul if he anticipated getting it fixed this year or in the spring. It is now Sept. 25th and I am still waiting for some communication from Paul. Even if he doesn't have anything to tell me just an acknowledgement that he received my email would be nice. Read more >
