Workmanship is excellent. Love the photos of the completed work captured by drone. Final price was as quoted. I was promised a crew would show up and have the project done in 2 days, but 1 guy showed up and it took 5 days, maybe more. I am ok with a company moving their crews around so they can get their contracts fulfilled, but why not let me know that’s what you were doing? Also, as the one guy that did the work was driving the trailer off my front yard, he clipped my big tree and cracked a branch. When confronted, he denied it, but then calmed down when he realized we were trying to work with him to see if the tree could be saved.

Quote including brand/quality of shingles used and method of installation was well explained. Price was very fair. Guys that did the work were quick and professional. Someone came by to inspect installers job and took pictures. All in all a very good experience with Advanced Level Roofing. I would rate my experience 4.5/5 but I can't give half stars in the rating. The reason for the small deduction was a small issue of one shingle that needed to be repaired, as it was lifted, took 6 months to address, finally getting done in the fall. I understand it was a simple fix and that summer months are busy but there's no excuse for taking that long. It got fixed in the end, just a little annoying I kept having to bug them about it. Alexander from Advanced Level Roofing provided me with the reasonable quote on the installation of IKO class 4 impact resistant shingles. The team from ALR has done a fantastic job on my new roofing at Tuscany Estates Rise NW, Calgary, very professional and efficient from start to finish. The contractor provided the photos of the final inspection and left no roofing nails and debris behind in my property.
I would give a 4-star rating instead of 5-star as the replacement of the damaged eavestrough took rather long to complete.
In overall, it was a wonderful experience to have our roof replaced by ALR. I highly recommend ALR for roofing replacement service. Read more >
