Ad Astra Softwash

I cannot say enough great things about Ad Astra Softwash. I read the recommendations on NextDoor, sent them an email, and got a response the same evening. We scheduled a time to meet within a day or so. Toby was on time, personable, knowledgeable and respectful. He spent a good amount of time going over our concerns and educating us about their service. He gave us a written bid on site and also a more detailed bid via email (the same night!). On the day the work was to be done, Toby and his partner were – again – on time and were with us most of the day. They protected our landscaping and things like doorknobs, keylocks, garage door opener, etc. We had our roof, patio, house and deck soft washed and our gutters cleaned out. they were prompt, courteous, didn't leave a mess and did an AWESOME job of cleaning my siding. So good in fact that I called and had them come back and do my vinyl fence. I had a stain on my siding that had been there for 7 or 8 years or more and I tried everything to get it off--nope. But they got it off. Looks great. I'll have them back when I need more work done. The Ad Astra Softwash team did a fantastic job cleaning my cutters and washing my whole house. My house had some mold on the shady side from the heavy rains this summer, and it is now all gone and the house looks so much cleaner. They do a great job of protecting your plants and outdoor furniture, plus clean up all of the debris they clean out of your gutters. Highly recommend! Read more >

My house looked very clean. 👍🏻
I only gave 4 stars because:
1). a week after you came to clean the outside of the house, my daughter noticed the ground around the outside faucet was very wet, and it turned out it wasn’t from the constant rains we’ve been having, but from the faucet being left on. I guess it wasn’t tightly shut off. Hey everyone makes mistakes. But you may want to double check that on future jobs. Hoping it doesn’t affect our water bill too much.
2). It was a bit pricey but I had to have it done.
Thanks so much for answering some of my other questions I had about other jobs I need to have done with landscaping.
