Very professional & friendly crew! My windows have never been this clean! I will always call them again.!

I had service for moss treatment on my roof back in April 2023. According to Action NW the moss was supposed to brown and fall off within 45 days. The moss was already browned before treatment, but their product should have finished the job and allowed for my roof to get better. The moss remains brown but still will not come off. This cannot be scrubbed to avoid damaging the shingles, but it is stuck under causing risk of lifting the shingles.

I reached out to Action NW after about 50 days since they state to offer a satisfaction guarantee. It took a while to get contacted as it turns out the representative I had been working with left and my account was lost in the shuffle. When they did reach out they were great, and wanted to do everything they could to ensure things didn't get missed moving forward.
