Action Northwest was recommended by a friend who was very happy with their work. I called them to clean both my and my mother’s roofs and apply moss treatments. They were able to fit me in quickly and they communicated well. They had guys call in sick on the scheduled day, and they called to let me know how they were going to manage the schedule. I received before and after pictures the next day, so I know the job was done well. The price seemed on the higher side, but I guess it’s not 1980 anymore. It also sounds like they treat their employees well, so with good communication and good work, the cost was worth it.

Re: Window washing & power washing. Leighton gave me a heads up as to his crew's arrival and were promptly at our door. I asked to review their work requirements and before we were finished the crew was already power washing the drive. The crew was fast and efficient. Our windows sparkle! Our drive and walks look the best they have ever looked. Leighton informed me when they were finished and promised their immediate attention if something was overlooked or needed additional work. These men were courteous, respectful of our property and professional in all respects. I would recommend them to anyone. JCM
