Guy answered my call and he was very friendly and helpful.
The 2 gentlemen showed up on time with great attitudes and explained what they were going to do. They took their shoes off to walk through my house and fixed the problem in minutes. It was perfect from start to finish!

Ben and the team were great! Showed up on time, were very thorough cleaning our gutters and completely cleaned up the mess and hauled away the garbage. Highly recommend Action Northwest!

Guy was a straightforward front person to work with and immediately connected me to another company to get my roof vents replaced before the roof and gutter cleaning/moss treatment. On the day, the two technicians were excellent: thorough, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile. They managed to get my gutter screens off, scoop out the goop and put them back on, which another company said would not be possible. They finished off with a great cleanup.

Action Northwest came today to clean all our windows inside and out as well as two skylights. They did a wonderful job in record time. Leighton and the crew were great. I would recommend Action Northwest 100% with no reservations whatsoever. We will definitely use them in the future.

i'm giving you guys a 5 because your guys are super polite and helpful and looks like they did great work and cleaned up effectively. Part of the crew (the gutter installer) showed up quite late which caused a lot of standing around while the crew waited for him to finish. I mention this only because I ran some medium sized businesses for a multinational corporation and I don't like inefficiencies. Somebody has to pay for that. Overall great experience but thought you should know.

Prompt, professional, friendly and their attention to detail has my 5 star rating. From estimate to cleanup they worked efficiently and came in under estimate.
