Guy came out and did an estimate on my roof to have it cleaned. I have never had a roof cleaned before and was not sure what to expect. A year later the moss is still gone and my roof looks amazing. I run a restoration company in Portland OR and we see a lot of floods due to clogged or broken gutters. I just wanted to let you know the two young men you sent to clean our windows were fantastic. My wife, who is not easily pleased or impressed, called me when she left to go do the other things she had planned, leaving them to finish the outside was extremely pleased. Her comment was she was so impressed she would have felt comfortable leaving them inside when she left.

I can say this was a fantastic experience. They came out, cleaned the gutters and the downtubes, didn't make a mess. Honestly, I hardly even noticed any real noise or bother. I had to leave for work shortly after they arrived, but I didn't feel uncomfortable leaving them there and they finished up leaving no trace other than free flowing gutters! I'm seriously terrified of heights, and even my one story ranch was more than I wanted to do and this was a fast and reasonably affordable alternative to scaling a ladder to do it myself.
