You know how it is always a bit of a gamble when using a new service but something prompted me to pick Action NW and I'm glad I did. This wasn't just gutter cleaning, I needed a custom downspout put in to attach to a gargoyle 3 feet off the ground to which they didn't even balk at! The response was super fast, the estimate was very fair and a crew descended upon my property and was done in just a couple of hours. I don't know if it was the cheapest but I feel I got a great VALUE. Very professional. In and done. I will definitely be using them for any services they offer that I may need in the future.

Excellent company to work with. They responded to my request quickly and where able to get me on their schedule the same week. The crew that came out to clean the roof and wash the windows were very professional and did a great job. Moss removal and gutter cleaning on a VERY high, VERY steep roof, and garage. Ernesto and Jade did an excellent job! The moss is removed and dying off. I have scheduled gutter cleaning and Christmas lights installed next year! Reasonably priced too! These folks are a FIND!!!

Action Northwest was amazing to work with. Everyone on their team was friendly and professional, from start to finish. They were especially helpful and understanding when we had to delay their gutter installation on our property, due to issues with our roofing contractor. Action NW was able to provide a work around solution so that the gutters could be installed before the fall rains started. I will recommend them to everyone and will definitely use their services in the future! Ed and Howard are the best!

5 star all the way - the team at Action Northwest has been nothing but stellar every time we hire them. We've had them clean and provide moss treatments on our roof, put up and take down Christmas lights and most recently had a rush job to clear our gutters. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and their crew was out first thing Monday morning before our painters were scheduled to start later that day. Couldn't recommend their crew more!
