Action Northwest

Have been so grateful for the help from Action Northwest for close to 13 years now - super work done with our gutters, both cleaning and clearing them, installing new ones where we needed them, and most recently upgraded downspouts in creative and effective ways. The guys that come are consistently super beyond words - and the work they have done here has always been super too.

The experience, from scheduling to job completion, was excellent. I was able to get my windows (40+) and my glass deck railings done quickly with exceptional results. The team sent to my home were on time, professional and detail oriented. I couldn’t have hand picked a better group. I am so glad I chose this company and will likely use them again in the future.

Jose and Howie did excellent work. Careful and thorough. You can see the difference between the 2 benches and the section of deck not yet done. Howard was on top of the scheduling and a change order...some gutter repair. Second time we have used them and would highly recommend them.

Action NW was so responsive and prompt with the service I needed that was time sensitive. They removed the moss on my roof (as delicately and thoroughly as possible, like I asked) and went the extra mile to give me feedback on the areas of the roof they discovered that needed attention/repair while up there. They also did a fantastic job and cleaned up like pros. I can’t say enough about this crew and the fantastic service provided.

We have had multiple services and they have all been great. The team is responsive, thorough and so easy to book. You get more than service but a sense of care from the team. We will continue to use Action Northwest! Thank you so much for always doing such a great job.

Action Northwest is great. I have had a lot of repair and upkeep to manage on my house this year as there have been a lot of weather events. I had worked with Action Northwest before for roof and gutter cleaning. They schedule my jobs quickly, provide a clear estimate, show up when expected, and do a complete job. They have been really great to deal with on site. providing a complete estimate. Contact with the office is always very helpful and encouraging and scheduling is flexible if needed, because of weather for example. Simply put, they come as scheduled, provide good service for a good price, and all of the employees are positive and helpful. With this company you can expect a good, reliable and well managed job..
