Ace was recommended to me by an inter-city moving company when I needed service moving across WA State (and over a mountain pass) during the Winter. Their prices were reasonable. Communication was easy. The movers themselves were efficient and friendly! I was still packing boxes when they arrived and they were cheerful to add the boxes to the inventory pack list ad-hoc during their loading process. They were also great during the unloading in the new residence. I got a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Ace also helped me keep moving costs down by offering to find a truck I could share with another customer who had already scheduled their move, since my dates were somewhat flexible. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for trustworthy movers. For clarity, I do believe it's a third party they hire to do the actual loading and unloading. However, whatever their vetting process...

Packing and unpacking was quick and professional. Handled my change in destination well, if a little delayed. The only real damage to furniture was on a cheap piece particle board stand.

Ace Relocation Systems did a fabulous job with our move. I highly recommend them. We had a challenging move from the Seattle area to Minnesota in January. Ace arranged packing of our kitchen and dining items, large art works, outdoor stuff, TV's and a grandfather clock. All were well packed and not one item is broken. There were weather delays for the truck departure on the Washington State side, and a cold snowy drive across northern states to Minnesota, but Ace managed to get our items delivered within the time frame. All of the packers and loaders were polite and very pleasant. Thank you Ace for making a stressful project so much easier!

We had a complicated long distance move between Christmas and New Year's, with cold weather, rain, and snow and 12,000 pounds of household goods moving from southern Oregon to Connecticut. Ace Relocation and Atlas Van Lines pulled together a driver/inventory husband/wife team and local assistance at either end. We felt fortunate to have our move accomplished at such an unfavorable time of year. Their communication was excellent and everything about it was professionally done.
