Ace Relocation Systems Seattle

Pros: 1) Communication with Ace leading up to the move was easy and quick. 2) The team that unloaded our van in our new house was AWESOME. Efficient and professional. Great experience with them! 3) They scheduled us for a long cross country move with very little notice during the summer busy season.

Cons:
1) We scheduled two days for packing our 4500 sq ft home to be on the safe side as we needed to be out of our home by a certain day. One the first day, the packing team was one guy. He showed up after 10, left before 4 and took a 90 minute lunch. On the second day, the packing team was two people. They showed up late morning again and left once the loading team arrived midday - before they had finished packing the house. The loading team proceeded to load our unpacked, loose items into the van (clothes, kids toys, computer equipment) - ridiculous!! I had to ask...

I highly recommend the team at Ace. The move coordinator, Natasha, was communicative from the beginning letting us know what to expect and when. She checked in during the move to make sure all was going well although this was clearly unnecessary since Mauricio and his team were equally customer focused. They were efficient and quick but careful with our possessions and friendly. If you need a move, I would look no further. Thank you, Ace!

I love Ace Relocation Systems because their staff is personable, professional, and gets their work done well the first time around. John did a good job selling the business and providing a quote with an explanation of what we were going to be getting for the price. However, the driver, Mike, made our experience great. He worked with a different staff in Washington and in North Carolina but lead the crew well in both locations. He was fun, friendly, and managed moving out and back in very efficiently while taking time to answer all of our questions. Super experience.
