Tags (names on the boxes) were mis-leading. Most of the boxes were not labeled well and were delivered in wrong rooms. We had to move to the correct rooms after we opened the boxes.

I hadn’t used a moving company before so I was a little nervous. They put me at ease immediately. I had a relocation coordinator at my house the next day and she was awesome. The estimate was spot on and quite reasonable. The crew that came out was in constant contact with me every step of the way. They were kind and polite in addition to taking great care of my belongings. The move went great and not only would I recommend Ace to anyone, I will certainly be using them again.

The Ace movers were phenomenal. They came in, worked hard, were very careful and precise. They were also friendly and fun, helpful and reassuring. I was a frazzled mess and they made it as easy as it could be. We moved cross country from Washington State to New York state, with a whole lot of heavy, fragile glass for our glassblowing business. They packed literally tons of sheet glass and it arrived like it was supposed to. What a relief! While I hope to never have to move again, I've already recommended Ace Relocation to multiple friends.

This is for the DEBRIS REMOVAL team, arrived 5 hours late then had the audacity to act like they were doing me a favor when it had clearly been scheduled for that day.

Pick-up and delivery were prompt and on time; however, loading and unloading crew was rough with items. Many packing boxes damaged (we haven't yet unpacked most of them to check for damage inside). Unloading crew did damage to interior walls and floors.

Great service from quote to the mover crew! They handled our items carefully from start to finish.

In general, good work. The only point that created necessary stress was to ask people to wear masks and others. Not very mindful of my responsibility towards my neighbors.

But otherwise, good. I can rely on them.
