I had a HORRIBLE experience with ACE relations. Please do NOT choose them. Movers arrived with thin paper to transport all my items (no blankets - nothing). I paid for moving insurance and on the day of my move they REFUSED to move my coffee and TV table unless I signed a waiver form. I had no choice but to dig in my own recycling to find material to pack my table. Ultimately, my coffee table arrived scratched and they refused to give me any compensation despite paying for expensive insurance. Please do NOT trust these people. They seem attentive up till the day of my move, but I was deceived and would not want someone else to have the same experience.

Packing services started late and were highly inconsistent between staff members. Honestly, not sure how more items were not broken in transport. Delivery window was missed. No clear communication or consistent point of contact throughout process. Location of our items was withheld when asked. Items were broken in transit. Items were commingled with someone else’s belongings on truck that arrived in Chicago. We had to ID some items as ours on the truck as items were not well organized (if we were not proactive, we would have lost a couch). Still have not received any response to our claim. In summary, our experience did not come anywhere near that of what was promised. We paid considerably more to go with Atlas and we regret that decision.
