They are quick and thorough first thing Vince started putting stickers on everything he keeps track of the inventory. First of all they actually showed up a little early and went right to work started at 8:00 am and where done by 11:30 when finished Vince goes over everything and did a walk through with me to make sure everything was taken or nothing left behind. On the receiving end it was the same way they placed furniture exactly how I wanted including putting beds back together

I will never use nor recommend Ace to anyone. The way they handled some of the property along with the claim representation was totally unacceptable. I had a couple items damaged. But the one that was most frustrating was an antique cuckoo clock from 1850s. It was simply placed in a box and wrapped with paper. Nothing else which in itself is astounding. It was even dissembled with the back cover removed and the inner mechanisms exposed which I’m not sure why. When I made the claim I was originally told that the claim was “denied due to the preexisting conditions that are a factor to the resolution.” I don’t understand how someone could damage my property and not be held accountable. After going back and forth I was made to feel like I was at fault despite not being the one who moved it. I was eventually told “as a courtesy” we will only fix the exterior part of the clock.
