Moving day can be stressful or you can hire this company and have a organized great day! The team they sent me with Phil, Edwin, Dave, and Rod were exceptionally strong and likable guys who were professional (came on time) with every piece of furniture!
Bravo to ACE for hiring such competent wonderful (nice nice guys) workers even in this extreme heat! Not an utterance of complaint the entire day about the amount of work or the temperature! Exceptional attitudes!! I wish I would tip this team $1000 each! They deserve it!

A short story first...I moved from LA to Seattle in 2016. Had a horrendous experience with the moving company (will not name them). Lost/stolen items. Missing boxes. Destroyed dishes. Broken or damaged furniture.
Three years later....moving back where I belong. Back to LA!!!! Hired Ace Relocation Systems to move me to LA. From the salesperson, Tracie, to the last person Joseph and another guy in LA. They all were fabulous!!! Highly recommend them! If I ever will have to move - they are IT!! Thank you guys for everything.

Angel and his team packed our stuff in Redmond 4 months back and asked my husband to give them a 5 star rating, which my husband gave since at that time we were busy with moving with the kids and felt like they were reasonable and fast. Now we got our furniture from storage and noticed many big items( bed, dresser, office desk, microwave) were broken beyond repair. They stuffed my delicate clothes into dresser draws and some were torn, some of kids toys were broken. Messed up with our early delivery boxes. We claimed insurance for the furniture but it's such a big hassle to buy new furniture and dispose the broken ones.
