We moved with Ace Relocation twice. Once interstate, and once within the same state. Both times the movers packed for us. Both crews were careful and thorough. They were friendly, professional and worked efficiently. They are trustworthy, have consistent methods/training and skills. We have had movers before - it is never a fun process. Nobody looks forward to it. But these folks make it as painless as possible. When we arrived at our new home, there were some important things we could not find - the team leader actually came over and searched - certain that the items had to be present - and they were. He found them. Impressive customer service. This is a relationship driven company. Highly recommend!

Fast and polite service

Executed cross country move to make it as stress less as possible. Easy to work with for the quote and crews on both sides of the move worked hard. We used them to ship our car as well and that went without any issues which was a great surprise. A few item damaged and they paid out without any hassle. Would highly recommend!

I had a positive experience with ACE and would recommend them to others. My agent, Michelle, was professional, resourceful and responsive to all of my questions. Pick up and packing at origin went smoothly, storage pricing was fair and delivery services went about as well as I could have hoped for. There was an unexpected challenge in the delivery process that caught both me and the movers by surprise, but we found a reasonable albeit not ideal solution. More importantly, the communication with my agent and the Seattle team in response to this setback showed an appropriate level of concern and was solution-oriented. Considering how many things can go off track with moves and how many variables there are, this was a really satisfactory experience overall.

Every interaction I had with Ace was great and that's why I would recommend them. They aren't the least expensive, but they return calls and emails and treat you like a human being. That's worth a lot in my book. If you need someone to help you move, call Ace.
