Shipment was mislabeled and got pushed back 8 days. After having to stay in a hotel and spending way more than I should have I was offered only 400 dollars "for my inconvenience". I spent 4000 plus hotel and food for this service and their mistake. Most of my extremely valuable electronics boxes has moisture damage, and some of my furniture was chipped. On top of that there's some weird white powder covering a lot of my stuff. I'll definitely find a different company next move.

Everyone is so friendly and professional from the driver, delivery crew and assistance over the phone. We ran into an issue of not being able to deliver our move and ACE made us feel like everything was going to okay. They were helpful and provided a quick resolution and turn around! THIS WAS THE BEST MONEY SPENT! ACE is amazing...what a great experience! "
