I would strongly advise against using Ace Relocation Systems. We had a horrible experience with them when they moved us from Texas to Florida. They broke my daughter's bed, left scratches on our furniture, and even gave us a box that didn't belong to us. Several months later, they called us and tried to get a few extra hundred dollars in made up fees.

They broke my daughter's bed while they were loading it onto the truck. They also scratched our furniture and they even gave us a box that didn't belong to us.

We were very upset when we saw the damage that the movers had caused. We called the Ace Relocation representative and he told us that he would look into it. However, he never called us back. We tried to call him several times, but he never answered his phone.

ACE Relocation did a great job. The timing was perfect. The driver, Dean, was great. The only area for improvement would be more communication in the beginning. I felt like I missed doing something to support the move.

I have used Atlas previously and was very pleased. This time evidently I had to go through Ace. They were awful. They did not stay in touch and were unreachable most of the time. My driver gave us a schedule for his arrival but then called and told us he had to turn around and go back to Orlando because of his truck problems. We tried for several days to get updates and find out when he would arrive.. We were already at our location, sleeping on airbeds on the floor! We are 75 and 70, both with mobility issues and no place to even sit. I got Edema in my legs from standing all day everyday! It was painful and worrisome as I am diabetic. When our driver finally called, he was very wish-washy about when he would be here. Giving us dates way past our contract date. He told us one thing and corporate another. It was frustrating.
