Ace Relocation did a fantastic job with our move cross country. From the first phone call with Kurt, to the follow up with Colin, our move was handled in an efficient and professional manner. George, the supervisor, and his staff did a great job of logging our inventory and Bill, the driver got us unpacked and ready to go upon arrival. I wish I could give zero stars. I contacted this company and they had Richard Hartley come out to my home and give me a quote on moving fees. I corresponded with him over weeks (because it took him days/weeks to reply to me) and then he stopped responding. After sending a lot of emails trying to get back in contact with him (at this point, I had less than a week before I needed to move out), he told me that the money wasn't there to do the move he had quoted me on and that he was going to go to speak with his "higher ups" and get back to me by the next day with the outcome. He never contacted me again or responded to my emails/phone calls. I am infuriated with their lack of professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not help you, in fact, they are a hindrance. We used Ace for a local move and found them to be very professional and positive with every step of our move. Candace gave us an accurate and fair estimate of moving costs and the moving crew was courteous and very careful with our belongings. They even finished faster than expected.
