Your company is fantastic! The only item that is noted here is that the movers had a truck maintenance problem which delayed my move to 1 p.m. and I had a ride to Orlando scheduled precisely at 2 p.m. Well, the movers were busy moving my items fast but my ride showed up right on time at 2 p.m. It was a good thing I called your office ahead of time to see what I could do at that point and Terri S. Said he would come to my house location and stand-in for me. He closed up the house and the movers packed up and left Ocala. I took my plane ride to Miami and by 1 p.m. the movers arrived at my Public Storage unit. Unloading and placing in the storage unit went fast and it was all wrappped up by about 2 p.m. I would give you a 5 star review but unfortunately “mechanical “ issues got in the way.

Amanda Cooper was my first contact with Ace, as my Relocation Consultant, in Orlando. She was very knowledgeable about the items that needed packing, boxes that were provided, and even and how we could save money. She came back a second time for another written estimate, as we decided to eliminate more items in the garage. Your communications team is great with explaining the process. Then Gwen took over for the delivery in Colorado. The moving team was very professional and assisted where needed for unpacking. They had a plastic runner down the hallways, to protect the floors.
