The quality of any moving service is the crew that performs the job. Unfortunately, we had a poor crew particularly on the pack and load end but, to a lesser extent, on the move in end. The exception was Kurt Kramer, our salesman, and Tony, our driver, which individuals are the only reason you even got a 2 star review. Many items were damaged on the pack and load, boxes were mislabeled, and when Tony was pulled from the job the inventory was not performed correctly (for instance, we could not verify that all our oriental rugs were packed because one large box simply said "rugs" without a quantity). While the load was finished at about 4:00 pm, Tony could not come to do the final paperwork until 9:00 pm, leaving us stranded in an empty house.
