I would DEFINITELY recommend using Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. - Atlas Van Lines. I was given Eric's name and number from a realty company we used when we were moving from another state. Eric was so great and friendly and answered all of my questions. I was getting quotes from several companies and was very happy with the quote I received from Eric. We were happy to go with Ace Relocation Systems and would use them again in a heartbeat. Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. We were given a date range for pick up and delivery. The driver had a crew he used/trusted for pick up and asked if we could change the pick up date by one day so he could use that crew. I was so happy that we were able to do that! The crew was amazing and worked so quickly/efficiently. We were loaded up in about three hours! I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Bait and switch. They have had my stuff for a really long time and I cannot get a hold of anyone still. My price quote was also very inaccurate and did not include many furniture items that should have been included. Not what I would expect from a "reputable" company. I've used United Van Lines in the past and had a really great experience. I wish I did the same for this move as they are very professional, transparent, and honest unlike Atlas / Ace.

Ace was recommended by our Real Estate agent and she has not lead astray yet. Eric got in touch with me right away and gave pricing in a timely fashion and better yet quickly and clearly answered all our questions. The packing team and driver were awesome. They were friendly, professional and nothing was damaged or lost in the move. The driver was very communicative and experienced so he kept us up to date on the delivery date and even arrived early. Eric met us on the delivery day as well to check in and make sure everything went well. Gwen who coordinated with the driver and payment was easy to get ahold of, friendly and very knowledgeable. This was one of the best moving experiences in my dozen or so times moving. The packing/moving teams were so careful with our belongings. The team was professional, courteous and super friendly. They also worked really well together, communicating and helping one another. They seemed like a family. Nothing we asked them to do seemed to inconvenience them. They were so accommodating. They were also on time and got done a day earlier than planned. I would definitely use them again!

The team was able to come out with little notice and did not break anything. However, they did not want to move all of my furniture that I had been included in the quote, and I was over-charged for the service.

Ace Relocation was hands down the best moving experience I've ever had and I've moved quite a bit. Every person I met through out the process felt like an old friend. Shout out to Eric Kronebusch and Kelly Ware - they made every step of the way seamless and stress-free. I've moved around the country several times, using other so-called "white glove" movers, and the experience with Ace Relocation Systems was one of the best moving experiences. I hired them to pack, move and unpack my belongings. They were so careful with my property. They treated it like you'd want someone to treat your things. Their moving team was so professional and friendly. They were on-time and fast, cutting an entire day out of the originally planned schedule. Moving is stressful, but these guys seemed conscious of that and went out of their way to make this aspect of moving as stress-free as possible. I'd hire them again, without question.
