Aaron was extremely professional and informative in the initial estimate process. He was reassuring and made us comfortable. He was clear on what you would do with move and how we would interact with the crew. His estimate was clear and descriptive. Josh the initial driver and crew leader was great. He treated us with respect and handled the crew with the same respect. He good not have been any better in setting up the move, packing and loading up the truck. We wish he would have been able to be the lead on the unloading crew. The one issue was the delivery crew was given our home phone number from Pittsburgh. It is no longer in service. It delayed them for two hours.

From start to finish there was both attention to detail and professionalism. There was a humanistic component rarely found in today’s business environment, yet from sales to delivery, we were treated with respect, and our property was very well taken care of…THANK YOU, we will use again if the need arises.

Our experience with Ace Relocation & Atlas was amazing - which is not something I have ever said about an interstate moving company. From our very first interaction with Eric as he evaluated our move to working with our move coordinator Christian to every other mover & driver throughout the process, we were thrilled with all of the communication and the professionalism and courtesy we were shown. Not only was everyone we encountered at Ace/Atlas incredibly nice, they actually were able to provide us an exact move date about a week before our move (not sure if this is common, but it made our lives so much easier). Both the pick up and dropoff teams were quick but thorough and everything arrived in top shape. We would definitely recommend Ace & Atlas for an interstate move - we felt so grateful for our experience with them.

The crew that packed was very professional and efficient. The goods were delivered during the promised time frame. We are very please with Ace and that is why we have used your services for several moves.
