Ace Relocation Systems Texas

I used Ace relocation 2 years ago and it was a great experience, but I’m actually not really 100% happy with the delivery this time.

Some of my items are damage during the move, some missing nails and bolts, some is not assembled together after taking it apart on pick up. Driver asked me to check around and see what needed to be done however with the move like that how could I know what the team disassembled and what not so I ended up having some items left disassembled.

Team delivered most of my boxes in wrong location even though there are labels.

Although the third party person who came to hook my washer/dryer is very nice, on time and went beyond and willing to wait for me to make space for the washer dryer, there are still problems as well:

My washer is hooked wrongly with hot and cold line swapped.
My dryer is not having...

Ace Relocation Systems Texas was fantastic to work with for a move from TX to CA. The entire team was organized and extremely helpful to make the process as least stressful as possible. Thank you Ace!

1. Driver was allocated just a day before the move.
2. Estimated weight was around 7300 lbs but only driver was there to begin with. He was joined by other movers a couple of hours later.
3. Movers did not have a proper equipment. They did not have ramps for steps.
4. Movers were running late and packing was not done in a proper way which lead to damages.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of our driver, Mike, the skill and talent of the loading crew as they took great care with our possessions, and the fact that our load was picked up on a Friday and delivered the next Monday with no warehouse time. So far, everything was delivered and delivered intact with no breakage.

Working with Ace made my move so easy and stress free. From the survey to pickup and delivery Ace knocked it out of the park. I really appreciated getting a set delivery date so I could plan around that. 10/10 experience

you sent a much too small truck. it took forever to load because the men had to fill totally to the top of the truck. everything was was turned sideways or upside down. I took until 9:00 at night and all the boxes and drawers were placed upside down mainly in the garage because we were all so tired. The main guy was very pleasant and was trying his best. the workers were all nice and did their best. we all filled our cars and my son had to make back the next day to fill his truck again. The issue was too small a truck. I suggested calling for reinforcements early on but that was not an option.

Very professional. Nothing broken. Wish my stuff would have arrived closer to the earliest date rather than on the last day of their range, but otherwise, very very happy with the care they took and that all my things arrived safe and sound.

The best & most professional moving experience available. This team is very responsive, and competent. Full white glove service with these guys!
