Wish I could give a -ve rating for these guys. These people took 1 month to ship our stuff from CA to TX and never gave an update on where our stuff is. And when the items arrived we got to know that they misplaced our 3 seater sofa. I am surprised as how could they misplace a 3 seater SOFA which is such a big piece in itself. They broke our speaker stands. Filing claims from insurance company is not always a solution as getting claim is a lengthy process and it is not speedy at all. It takes time and a lot of effort to find a couch which you like to be part of your living room. I would not recommend their service to anyone. big NO!!!! This review is not specific to this center but GENERAL feedback on ACE relocations services.

Aaron, Amanda, Reza, Junior, Frank, Junior & Raphael were professional, friendly, and simply great at their jobs! I highly recommend Ace Relocation (San Marcos). Our household furniture and items were handled with care, delivered when promised and came without damage or loss. We are very happy. Thanks to a great team of caring individuals.

Having moved around the world the last 20 years with the US Navy I must say that my experience with ACE was quite possibly the BEST I have ever experienced. From the young lady that booked the move, Amanda Lish, to the Professional Move Team that executed the loading and unloading Marshaled by Reggie, and perhaps most importantly, the expert account management in Eric Kronebusch! Eric did our estimate and he was thorough and accurate, very professional. Our movers handled our items with care and were quick and efficient. Nothing was broken or damaged. We had moved to Texas using a different company a few months earlier and the experience was a nightmare. We were so thankful to have had such a great experience with Ace.
