I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It took almost 2 full weeks to get our stuff when we were told it would be 10 days max, and then when it finally arrived the delivery guy couldn't find any helpers at the destination, so he ended up moving everything by himself. Due to that every piece of furniture had some sort of damage, and just about every box was crushed. To top it all off they're only going to settle the claim at $0.60 per pound, not by the actual value of the items damaged. This has been an absolutely horrible experience! I have a lot more to say, but just typing this is making my blood boil.

The staff that unpacked our belongings were incredible; Very polite, courteous, and personable. As a military family, we do not get to choose the companies that do our relocation, but I would choose Ace if I could. My only complaint is the window they gave for the delivery. We were originally told 10-11, then were told 10:30-12:30 but they didn't come until 1:30. I later learned that they had a job before ours, so the delay was very understandable; I just wished it had been communicated so I wasn't stuck home, waiting. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

A huge thank you to everyone at Ace Relocation for helping us with our move. It was my 5th move in 3 1/2 years and since this one was a move to a temporary house while Ace stored our furniture and boxes for a month until the last and final move....stress was high and we were just looking to make it through.

But out of all the movers I have ever had (and have moved 13 times in 17 years)....Ace has been by far the best! Everyone was so professional, friendly, helpful, took exceptional care of every item they touched, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

All moving companies are not the same...but I can say without a doubt...you can trust Ace. They have definitely restored my faith in movers after my last move with a different moving company which was a total disaster.
