I wish I could give less than a 1-star. Our experience was terrible. Our delivery date was exceeded by 10 days. If we didn't continuously follow up with a myriad of Ace employees we wouldn't have information. At our delivery site, Ace couldn't work with the local teams to get a crew to unload our goods. They sat. Once a crew was obtained, after being promised they would show at 8am, they showed at 4pm. Which, caused them to have to come back the following day. Living without anything for 10 days past your contract date was miserable.

Eric from Ace Relocations was excellent. Extremely responsive to all my requests, even when he wasn't in the office. HIGHLY recommend this company if you are planning a move across the country. Very professional and will do it for you right!

Eric and his team at Ace Relocations are top notch professionals. We contracted them for a large job through my workplace and I was so impressed that I had to book them for my own move. Communication, planning, and customer service were all off the charts from start to finish. Moving is stressful enough, if you hire Ace you know that you and your belongings will be well taken care of.

Not the most professional people

My son and I just moved from Austin TX to a small town in western New York. We contacted Ace Relocation Systems for a quote. The sales rep came into the house and before long we had a very reasonable quote and we hired Ace to do the move.

The crew came and packed everything that needed packing. They did it quickly and professionally . Everything was loaded onto the truck and gone in just a few hours.

When the truck arrived at our new home in NY the driver backed the trailer into, what some would consider a difficult driveway for such a big trailer, with ease and without damaging the lawn or the driveway. He and his assistant got everything unloaded and placed where we asked without complaint or difficulty. They were very personable and easy to talk to.

All in all I am extremely pleased with the service I got from Ace Relocation Systems.

Another bad business with bad business practices and bad business ethics.

This company was the 3rd leg(delivery and unpack crew) in our move. They told me they would need to get a shuttle to deliver our things because our apartment complex didn't have space for a 20' trailer to get through. That was an extra $229.50!!! I asked them whom they sent to survey the property and if they spoke to management because no one spoke to me. They told me that one of their employees lives here also and sent them pictures of the property. I told them that was ridiculous and that I insisted on them sending out a professional surveyor and that I wanted to be with them during the survey. They sent out a guy this time. The 3 of us spoke with the property manager and she told him that NO ONE has EVER had an issue with moving trucks through the property. Even with 53' trailers moving in and...

We relocated from Austin to Fort Worth, Texas. Eric Kronebusch did an in-home visit and gave us an excellent price quote, bettering two other companies. The packing crew was outstanding. They were meticulous in their work, very accommodating to our requests and schedule, and finished the work in a timely manner. At the other end, the van arrived on schedule, and Miguel and his crew did a marvelous job of unloading, being careful to locate the boxes and furniture right where we wanted them. They were very courteous, friendly, and obviously enjoyed their work. We cannot say enough good things about them. We recommend them very highly.
In short, we had as good a move as we could have had. Kudos to the whole company.

We had Ace pack and ship our items. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and the movers/helpers are top notch (professional, organized and efficient). However, there were quite a bit of damages to our goods (I'm imagining this is from loading and unloading at the warehouse) and the process to get items reimbursed or replaced is not very user friendly. A crate had accidentally been left at the warehouse and the poor movers had to wait an extra 2 hrs for it to get delivered to finish moving us in. Also debris pick up was late by an hr, we ended up spending 4hrs of our Saturday waiting on them to arrive. Overall, people are great but the logistics side seems to have some areas to improve on.
