My initial meeting was with Eric, who impressed me with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge about every aspect of the move. He was always available to answer my many questions throughout the process. The office staff kept me apprised of the progress and sent helpful PDF files with checklists and extensive relocation information.

Eric and his team did a wonderful job - the driver and movers were professional, efficiently and friendly. Moving out of state can be challenging which is why we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Ace Relocation Systems. Their quote was lower than their competitors, the movers arrived on schedule and they took great care in moving our belongings. Most importantly, I was impressed with their customer service. Ace relocation just helped my wife and I move from Las Vegas to Austin, TX and did a fantastic job. They were very careful with our things, and made sure to take care with not dinging up either house too. Eric was my point of contact and he was very responsive and helped us get the service we needed. Pricing was also very competitive, and overall provided us with great value. The moving guys were easy to deal with the entire time as well.

In the beginning they were great. Very responsive to our questions and emails. On day two of moving day the movers called and said they would be at our house by a certain time. They didn't show up till 3 hours after their scheduled time. They didn't bring the moving truck or uhaul. They loaded everything into the back of their personal vehicles. When they showed up at our new house, some of our stuff was broken, our air compressor and one of our tvs was missing. They tried to tell us that it wasn't on the packing list paper when we found it on the paperwork and showed it to them. We filed a claim and they didn't return our calls or messages. I finally got a hold of them a month later for them to tell us that they denied our missing items when it shows on the paper work that they loaded and moved them.
