Ace Relocation and Atlas helped my wife and I move our entire lives across the country on about 2 week's notice, and the total damage was a single broken water glass. You guys rock.

The staff was great that I worked with over the phone. Very responsive and helpful.

However, when the crew showed up at my house to pack out, they were surprised at how much household goods I had and kept saying that "this is not 18,000 pounds". We went through the phone "walkthrough" and showed everything we had. To grossly under estimate the weight not only surprised the crew, but dramatically changed the overall cost from the estimate by ~$5,000. They took three days to pack out instead of two - on day 2 they did not show up until noon.

Damage is always to be expected - a scratch here or there, etc. However, I was pretty surprised to see what happened to an antique dresser that was my great-grandmothers'. The top was completely broken off and thereby exposed nails drug and dug in to the finish. The drawer stops were all...

The team at Ace Relocation were great from the first moment to the last. I worked with Eric first to get an estimate and describe what we were looking for in a move in-state. He cared about all of the details and my needs when recommending the best option for us. Once it came to loading day, the team arrived when they said they were, protected the floors of the house, wrapped furniture diligently and thoroughly, and were efficient in getting all the items. For unloading day, they showed up when they said, protected all floors, discussed the best way in/out of the house with items, put together beds and furniture and even protected the front yard that they needed to walk through at times. All of our items returned in the condition they loaded them in.
