They broke my bookcase and took two weeks over delivery time without giving a refund. I would not recommend.

We had a great experience! We moved from Austin, TX to Orange County, CA during peak summer season. The packers were on-time, friendly and efficient. The loaders & drivers were meticulous. Everything arrived on-time (actually a day early!) and no damage. Very easy to work with and I'd highly recommend! Thank you Ace Relocation!

Movers were fine but the customer service after has been abysmal. No communication about where your stuff is. Need to call and spam their email before they will stop ghosting you. Could not have been more disappointed.

The delivery crew arrived super late which fine, I get that the project before took a lot longer than expected. However when I’m stuck inside my house all day waiting, it’s not ideal. When the crew arrived, they were complaining about how they should’ve been done a long time ago blah blah. I tried my best to be nice, saying that they only needed to place the big items and help me set up my bed, considering it was almost 630 on a Friday night. I immediately started unpacking boxes while they were there so they wouldn’t have to stay too late. They ended up leaving around 8 or so. The crew didn’t put my bed together since they kept asking me where the screws were like I was the one who had packed the stuff up at my last base. Smh, don’t allow your crews to show up if they’re gonna have bad attitudes and argue while bringing stuff into someone’s home. I tried to help as best as I could...

We couldn't be happier with how our move went through Ace Relocation. The crews on both ends of our cross-country move were wonderful. The driver was communicative and highly involved in the strategic loading of the truck. They all worked extremely hard, were efficient and were so pleasant on-site. We had zero complaints or issues. I highly recommend Ace.

The movers themselves were fine, but whoever did dispatch didn't prepare them for packing up the apartment. When they arrived, they were surprised by my TVs and weren't ready to pack them like I had discussed with the person who did the apartment tour.

Eric and Heather made my move from Arizona to Minnesota amazingly easy. They were there to answer any questions I had, and called me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The men who loaded the van in Arizona were prompt, friendly and efficient, as were the two men who unloaded everything into my storage unit in Minnesota. I will certainly recommend them, and would choose them again - should I need a moving company in the future.

I had an uneventful service which makes my move into a good move from Illinois to NM. The men assigned to pack me up and deliver my 77 items were professional and efficient. Thank you!
