Great service and excellent staff!

The timeline below should help provide some context for our level of frustration with this transaction:

On August 21, we were notified via email from Gwen to expect delivery of our household items on 8/25 or 8/26. Gwen mentioned that she would contact us again with confirmation once she spoke with the driver.
On August 23, Stacey spoke with Gwen via phone, and we were informed that the driver would not arrive with our items until August 28. We paid the full invoice, as instructed, on August 27.
As of late afternoon August 27th we had received no updates or contact from Ace regarding our delivery, so Stacey emailed Gwen for an update. Jennifer replied and notified us that the delivery truck had broken down and needed repairs, and our shipment would not arrive until August 31 or September 1.

Unprofessional experience, damaged furniture, walls and lost equipment! I have relocated 6 times professionally, this is the most disrespectful experience ever!

My move went very smoothly and I was extremely pleased. From beginning to end everything was great! The crew arrived on time and called to let me know . There were 5 guys and they worked 12.5 hours to get me packed , moved , and unpacked in one day. The team leader Brandon Pena was very nice and very experienced. The guys were very careful and nothing was scratched or bumped into the walls, doors, or woodwork on either end. I was downsizing from a larger home to a much smaller home and some of my furniture was a tight fit and I wasn’t sure where it would go. They were very patient and willing to move it again to make sure I was happy. The support staff Kelly Ware and Eric Kronebusch both called me several times throughout the day to check on how everything was going. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend this team of moving professionals.

Eric was great, great communicator and estimated our weight within 200 lbs. Great service, great pricing. We had another estimate that was 5,000 lbs over our actual weight, so Eric’s estimate was amazingly accurate. The loading crew was considerate, efficient and respectful. Unloading crew put stuff where we asked, they were easy to deal with. We haven’t been able to unpack and check for any damage, but everything appears intact. We were unable to count boxes being loaded or loaded, so we hope everything arrived. Glad we went with Ace, we’d use again.

It was a good experience through the estimating and initial scheduling process then things went downhill. The driver and crew arrived on time but didn't have the right packing tape so padding did not stay in place properly on furniture. They were missing the tv packing box so just used cardboard and blankets. After leaving I checked inventory against my photos and 3 boxes were unaccounted for. The load went into storage until my closing. After closing I cleared the load for delivery and was given a window for delivery. They ended up being 3 weeks late after the window and missed a firm delivery date with no contact to tell me. The load was collected by another driver and delivered. The unaccounted for boxes were found but numerous items required claims due to poor packaging by ACE in Texas warehouse. Washer and dryer were damaged. The washer was packed in the moving truck UPSIDE DOWN!...

Ace Relocation Systems was great.. they made relocation of my furniture from texas to california seamless..they were always in communication and adhered to their schedule..my furniture arrived as scheduled and well protected..would definitely recommend them..
