My new company works with Ace for relocations. The 3rd party movers that packed up in Chicago in the dead of winter did a fantastic job. The relocation agent/team were communicative and timely with all responses. They worked well with an uncertain situation while I was finding a place in Miami, and the unpacking team were fast and professional the day of. My first time using a service like this but I’m very satisfied and hope it sets the bar for a consistent experience in the future.

The team was wonderful but after paying for guaranteed delivery on the 20th it did not arrive until the 30th.

I have used Ace Relocation twice and both times they have exceeded expectations. Aaron my move coordinator for both moves was excellent as weee both crews that performed the moves. Will certainly be using them again should I have to move.

Ray was very communicative and really nice. Everyone was very nice and hardworking. The only negative aspect is that the disassembling and reassembling of the bed and crib was not done so great. I'll still have work to do with my own tools before we can use them.
