Ace Relocation went above and beyond for my move. Despite the little hiccup with the truck breaking down, the folks were professional and made sure to give me regular updates on their plans to fix the truck and the expected delivery. I have had terrible experiences with movers in the past so I was pleasantly surprised with the way they handled the entire move. Would highly recommend Ace Relocation to others that are planning a long distance move!

Fell well short of expectations. The driver and crew in San Antonio, TX did not listen to packing instructions of delicate and expensive furniture and items and caused much damage and distress, despite them claiming 20 years of experience. Tipped many items upside down. At least 10 items have not been delivered and am awaiting their status. The cost of promised service is too much, and now have deal with the damage and missing items. The distress of the move and watching many items being mishandled is appalling. Customer service by Aaron Ross was excellent and is disappointing that the crew were so bad.

ACE made the process simple and effective. The driver and crews on both ends were outstanding. The customers who are lucky enough to get Heather as a coordinator and Charmaine as the driver are going to be very thankful. So many aspects of my move were difficult and stressful. Somehow, the move of the physical goods was the easiest part of the process. Charmaine’s level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. Heather kept me informed at all times and coordinated the third party services without a hitch. Eric made the initial part of the process very easy. I was able to just throw the move of my goods to them and they just handled it. They are outstanding.

I was quoted 2200 less than what I was charged. Several sentimental things are lost.
