The service was great, the crew performed an excellent job packing and loading as well as delivery and worked very quickly and professionally, and Chris our driver was right on the mark with his estimated times both for loading and delivery and was extremely courteous and professional. Kelly our agent kept us well informed with what was happening during our move plan as well as during the move process. I would definitely recommend ACE and Atlas as top-notch movers to use.

This was our 7th long distance move (both domestic and international) and by far, the smoothest. Eric and Gwen were both easy to reach and helpful leading up to the move. The movers arrived right on schedule on packing day, did a great job, were friendly and efficient. Joshua (our driver) is truly amazing. He was funny, easy to talk to, communicated with us from the road and our delivery came earlier than we ever expected. The guys handling the delivery were professional and nice. Things go wrong during every move - it takes longer than expected, an item might go missing or a table might get a chip. We expect those things to happen, which is why we always make sure we are insured. Compared to our other moves, this was very smooth and I would absolutely recommend them to someone doing a long-distance move.

From the start, Eric was super helpful in inventorying my items, Joseph and the team were on time and super efficient packing up my items, Heather kept me informed, and Joseph and the Baltimore crew unloaded and assembled our items really well. As far as I'm aware, we had no major breakages or issues with our items. Overall, I would recommend Ace to another person moving!
