I had no issue with Ace Relocation Systems loading and delivering my household items. There was a sufficient number of people with loading and unloading. They were kind, courteous and efficient. I cannot say the condition of my things just yet as they are in storage but I expect everything will be in good condition as the unloading crew did a great job. One star off because there was a issue with the quoted weight and actual weight but all issues were eventually resolved. Just plan to over pay with whatever quote you get. I would use them again in the future even with the weight discrepancy.
