Had windows on a 40 year old house that needed to be replaced. We chose Accent Windows to work with. Best experience ever. Jim Hall, the salesperson, was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and no pressure. We got a great deal on our 8 windows. The installer, Heath, was amazing. Took his time to make sure everything was done right. Best caulker in the business. Very personable and friendly and very good at his job. The office staff is great to work with. Readily available for questions, scheduling and keeps you informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Accent Windows.

Jim from Accent Windows came to our house to measure and inspect one of my patio French doors with blinds in the double pain glass to install a doggie door.
He made recommendstions on the size for our dog.
Heath came over today and took the door outside installed new blinds above the doggie door and the new doggie door in a couple of hours.
He was professional, competent and
polite.

I first met Jim from Accent Windows at a County Fair. I was impressed that out of all the window people I ever talked to, he was different. He wasn’t pushy and he seemed to actually care about our situation. We scheduled an in home visit and I was impressed then too. We were able to finance one item at a time. Which will help us out of the financial side of things.
On the day of Instal , Heath Socwell showed up and immediately went to work. He thought about all the things including how to get the sliding glass door down a tricky stairway with a low deck. He was able to be thoughtful and mindful about it. At the end of the, he did an amazing job and was able to successfully to the install without damaging the door or my house.
