Explained everything he was doing.
Checked heat pump inside & out made sure it was up and running as it should be.
On a frigid day was glad he was able to come out. Would recommend A1

This company does excellent work. I schedule my appointments with Shelby and request Randy when it comes to the service work being done. This time I had Randy install and configure an Ecobee thermostat after the Google Nest thermostat started giving me problems. I supplied the thermostat, and Randy supplied the skills to install this perfectly. 36 hours later, the thermostat rebooted/restarted, so I called Shelby and she immediately put me on the schedule again with Randy, but it was a couple of days out. Unit worked properly during this time. Randy called before coming out and we discussed what had happened. Turns out, I didn't need him to come back out since he had seen this before. No problems since then. Works flawlessly.

I also have this company do the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system, once in the summer and once in the fall. Well written reports, everything is...
